I chose this photo for avoiding mergers because the explosion is fully in the picture and no part of it is cut out of the frame, making this picture more appealing.
I chose this photo for framing because i believe the bridge framing the twin towers really enhances the main focus of the photo, it helps the towers "pop".
I chose this photo for balance because i believe there is an even distribution of things to look at throughout the whole photo, from the person to the flag.
I chose this photo for lines because the lines in this picture go the same direction as the person falling, i think the lines make this photo's meaning more dramatic.
I have chosen this photo for rule of thirds because the main focus of the photo is off center, obviously following the rule of thirds. Also the height difference from the other buildings in this photo compared to the twin towers (the main focus) makes it even easier to focus on the main idea of the photo.
